Les pasteurs Jean de Dieu et Rosine Fosso sont originaires du Cameroun.

Les deux ont rencontré Jésus lors de leurs études universitaires. Dès lors, ils se sont engagés à servir le seigneur Jésus dans leur église locale au Cameroun. Ils sont mariés depuis 2008 et parents de cinq magnifiques enfants.

Ils ont immigré au Canada en 2010.

Quatre ans après leur arrivée au Canada, ils commencent une nouvelle église dans la ville de Québec.

En 2021, le Seigneur par une parole de connaissance les a appelés à rejoindre l’Église de la Victoire. C’est alors qu’ils ont démissionné de leur ancienne église en 2022 et sont devenus membre de l’Église de la Victoire. Toujours passionnés de faire avancer le royaume de Dieu, c’est avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme qu’ils ont accepté de répondre à l’appel de Dieu en 2023 en devenant pasteurs principaux de l’Église de la Victoire de la Ville de Québec. Ils sont enrôlés pour apporter le message de la foi dans la ville de Québec et de ses environs.
