We believe that the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of the Holy Spirit, complete, infallible, and the supreme authority in matters of faith and practice. We believe that the Bible was written and structured entirely free from error. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but because of Adam’s fall, man was separated from God, acquired a sinful nature, and received the sentence of death. (Genesis 1:25–27; Romans 3:22–23; Romans 5:12–21; Ephesians 2:1–3, 12)

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, remaining always God and sinless. We believe in His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and that He came to reveal God to humanity in order to redeem sinful mankind. We believe that Jesus Christ performed miracles, and that our redemption came through His atoning death, as our perfect substitute. We believe that our redemption was made certain by His bodily resurrection. We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ grants us physical healing in response to the prayer of faith. (John 1:1–2; Luke 1:35; Romans 3:24–25; 1 Peter 1:3–5; Isaiah 53:5)

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is now in heaven, exalted at the right hand of God, exercising the ministry of High Priest, the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit, our Representative, Intercessor, and Advocate. (Hebrews 9:24; Hebrews 7:25; Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1–2; Luke 3:16)

We believe in the premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His reign on earth. (1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; Zechariah 14:4–11; Revelation 20:6)

[av_iconlist_item title='THE HOLY SPIRIT' icon='ue881' font='entypo-fontello' heading_tag='' heading_class='' link='' linktarget='' linkelement='' av_uid='av-kp7a8tla' sc_version='1.0']
We believe that the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, is God. We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and that He regenerates, sanctifies, enlightens, and comforts believers in Jesus Christ. (John 16:7–14; Titus 3:5; Romans 8:9, 14–15, 26–27; 1 Corinthians 2:12; John 14:16)

We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells in all believers in Jesus Christ, baptizes them into the body of Christ, and seals them until the day of redemption. We believe that every believer is commanded to be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Romans 12:2; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 12:12–14; Ephesians 1:13–14, 5:18–20)

We believe that we lack “no gift” (1 Corinthians 1:7) of the Holy Spirit as described in 1 Corinthians 12 (the gift of the word of wisdom, the gift of the word of knowledge, the gift of faith, the gift of healing, the gift of working miracles, the gift of prophecy, the gift of discerning spirits, the gift of speaking in different tongues, the gift of interpreting tongues) as we await the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that salvation is God’s gift to humanity, offered by grace and received through personal faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that this faith is manifested through works that please God. (Ephesians 2:8–10; Titus 2:11–14)

We believe that the true Christian is sealed by the Holy Spirit and belongs to God. We believe that the Christian perseveres to the end and that his security does not give him a license to live in sin. (Matthew 10:22; Ephesians 1:13–14; Romans 8:1–2; John 10:28; 1 Corinthians 1:8; Philippians 1:6; 2 Timothy 1:12)

We believe that the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit equips believers to live holy lives.

We believe that the Church is a spiritual body composed of all those who have been born again in the present age. (Ephesians 1:22–23, 5:25–27; 1 Corinthians 12:12–14)

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the righteous to eternal life and the unrighteous to eternal punishment. (Mark 9:43–48; Revelation 20:15, 22:3–5, 11)

We believe that Christians are called to bring the good news to the nations and to go out to them in order to make disciples of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 1:8)
